Lead (AM/ Mgr) – Geology (Mines).

Purpose of the Role 
 To support and lead geological, exploration, mining planning, reserve estimation, and statutory compliance activities across existing mines and new auction blocks. The role is responsible for geological assessment of mining areas, preparation of geological maps, sections, borehole summaries, reserve/resource estimation using Datamine and sectional methods, and development of mining plans and KML files using geological and drone survey data. The position will also coordinate and plan exploration programs, including borehole planning, drilling requirements, and interpretation of exploration data, while ensuring timely preparation and submission of statutory documents and notices to IBM, DGMS, and DMG. 

Job Responsibilities (KRA)
Auction:  

• Preparation of Geological map, Location map, Borehole summary & Reserve Estimation by using Datamine / Sectional Method of Auction Blocks.
•  Visit to Area for its detail Geological study

Mining Plan: 

• Preparation of geological plan and sections and KML file of Mining Plan of Running Mines & new Mines.
•  Calculate OB, Waste, Limestone quantity, Prepare Plan & Map from Drone data of all our Mines area for IBM submission

Exploration Work:  

• Planning of Exploration work based on field study and geology of the area i.e. Borehole planning, Preparation of Plan and Section for drilling, calculate drilling meterage and coordinates of location for Boreholes in  existing Mining Leases & new Auction Blocks.
•  Preparation of Geological map, Borehole summary & Reserve Estimation by using Datamine Software of Explored Area.

Legal compliance

• Preparation of Statutory notices of IBM, DGMS & DMG

Experience – 5-7 Years

Qualification : MSc Geology/BSc Geology /MTech Geology
