He has extensive experience across sectors including Energy & Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Cement, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Power & Infrastructure, IT, Engineering and Healthcare.

His expertise covers leadership hiring across Business Leadership, Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Projects, HSE, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Digital & Technology.

Trupti Pattnaik is an experienced Executive Search professional with over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Selection and Strategic Alliances. She has worked extensively with organisations across Steel, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Refining, Cement, Healthcare, FMCD and Aviation.
She leads a PAN India team of 30 professionals, driving and executing leadership-level search assignments across industries.
Her expertise includes Business Development & Acquisition, Executive Search & Selection, Compensation Benchmarking, Organisation Mapping, Team Management and Delivery Leadership.
Trupti has also handled P&L responsibility across business verticals, developed domain expertise within teams and managed critical senior-level mandates from search through execution.
Bhabani Mohanty is a senior HR and leadership development professional with over 20 years of experience across Pharma, IT, Telecom and Manufacturing, with experience at organisations including Novartis, Oracle and Murugappa Group. He has also demonstrated strong entrepreneurial experience through setting up and managing his own business.
He specialises in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Leadership Assessment, People Strategy and Change Management. Bhabani is an MBA in HR and a certified assessor across multiple assessment and profiling methodologies, including SHL, Thomas Profiling, Harrison Assessment and StrengthsFinder.
He has designed and delivered numerous assessment centres, leadership development interventions, coaching assignments and leadership pipeline programmes. He is also associated with CII-EXIM Bank Business Excellence Model assessments and has assessed organisations including BHEL and BEL.
Bhabani was the recipient of the Young HR Manager Award in 2004 and has been associated with professional bodies including NHRDN, CII and DMA.
