Officer- Land Surveyor

Purpose of the Role 
 To support the planning and execution of slurry pipeline and other company projects through effective land acquisition support, land scheduling, surveying, mapping, and development planning. 

Job Responsibilities (KRA)
•      Assist in slurry pipeline and other ongoing projects of the company.

•      Support land acquisition activities for company projects.

•      Prepare land schedules as required for project execution.

•      Carry out layout planning, GPS surveys, forest clearance and development planning.

•      Work independently on ArcGIS, AutoCAD and KML files for survey and mapping requirements.

•      Draft and correspond with related government and statutory departments as needed.

Job Requirements (KPI)
•      Diploma / Any Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.

•      3 to 8 years of relevant experience in land survey, preferably in industrial / infrastructure projects.

•      Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, ArcGIS and GPS survey equipment.

•      Sound understanding of forest clearance and land acquisition processes.

•      Good communication skills for liaison with government departments and local stakeholders.

•      Willingness to work at project site in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
