SH ( Asst Mgr) Security

Purpose of the Role 
To ensure the approved security deployment as per plan both at offices, operational site, colony and guest house.

Some of the major challenges includes achieve and maintain peak coal production and overburden removal, ensure safe operation, maintain coal quality, shifting of Project PDFs, facilitate land acquisition, physical possession of land, implementation of R&R policy, construction, operation and maintenance of Coal Handling Plant (CHP), Coal Conveyor and Railway Siding, compliance with statutory norms, renewal/ amendment of statutory clearances, undertake progressive mine closure, facilitate smooth operation and comply with the requirements as per terms of contract with THDC, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, etc.

Job Responsibilities (KRA)

Physically checking deployment of security Guards:

a) Responsible for check and report on deployment of guards on daily basis. 

b) Responsible to carry out surprise check of documents maintain maintained in workshop, DDU, gate passes, register of security.

Responsible for functioning of security surveillance gadgets

a) Daily checking of gadgets for proper functioning 

b)Carry out investigation on theft and pilferages and submit reports to report to Manager

 Liaison with local Thana Incharge

a)Meeting with local police to build good working relations

 Check and certify daily attendance of security personnel

a) Checks the attendance register of guards deployed and certify their daily attendance. 

b) Irregularities and absence to be dealt strictly 

c) Proper record of visitors register visiting in office and mines

 Ensure cordial safe atmosphere in colonies

a) Ensure safe guards of company’s assets in the residential areas and offices. 

b) Surprise checks of the offices

Job Requirements (KPI)
Preferable candidates should be from Army, Force& Police.

Any Graduate 

Experience : 10 Years to 15 Years
