Purpose of the Role
The role is accountable for conceptualizing, planning, and executing the company capacity expansion agenda in line with its strategic aspiration of achieving 100+ MTPA capacity and selective international expansion. The incumbent will lead the entire lifecycle of projects (Cement + AFR + Railway) from ideation, feasibility, land and statutory readiness, engineering design, contracting strategy, execution, commissioning, and stabilization. The role will also be responsible for driving industry-leading capital efficiency, with a clear focus on achieving lowest cost per tonne of installed capacity, in line with the companies' philosophy of cost leadership and disciplined capital deployment. The role will act as the custodian of capital efficiency and project governance, while building future-ready capabilities in low-carbon technologies, digital plant infrastructure, and modular project execution.

Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Civil)
25-30 Years of experience
