Handling a team of 30, PAN India to drive and execute leadership levels search assignments.

Amal Kumar Das(Director)

Amal is M.A. (Econs), MBA and Diploma in Training and Development. He has three decades of industry experience including 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. He specializes in Human Resources in corporates in the domains of Engineering Projects and Infrastructure (EPI) Telecom, Life Sciences, Financial Services and FMCG. He has worked in world class organisations such as Jindal Organization, Shalimar Paints, CHR Global, Eicher and UTI in strategic and operational HR, Talent Acquisition and Assessment areas. In the field of talent acquisition , Amal in his career has closed strategic hires in groups like : Uttam Galva Metallics Ltd, Essar Oil Ltd., Leela Group, Reliance Private Equity, Tata Steel, Idea Cellular, L&T among others. He is also a Board Member of GoodPeople Consulting LLP.

Trupti Pattnaik (Director & COO)

She is a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and has more than 13 years of experience in the Executive Search ,Selection, Strategic Alliances. Has worked across Industries ranging from the Steel, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Cement, Health Care, FMCD & Aviation.

Bhabani Mohanty (Director)

He is an MBA in HR. He is a certified SHL Assessor and designed & conducted numerous assessment centres for the organisations he has worked for. He is a Thomas Profiling, Harrison Assessment and Strength Finder Assessor. He has completed a certification program by TVRLS on “Competency Mapping and Assessment”; where his project was awarded as the best project. He is also an Assessor for CII-EXIM Bank Business Excellence Model and assessed organisation like BHEL & BEL. He is certified by PDI on 360 feedbacks and coaching. He is well versed with Lominger methodology of Learning Agility. He is also acredited to conduct “Train the Trainer” program. He is certified with change management methodology. He is also a Board Member of ThinkTalent Consulting.
